When I heard their brand new cd "Cowboys & Engines" I directly knew this is a band I'd like to see on stage! This is good ol' country-rockabilly with balls. The music on many of their tracks, is played in the style of Buck Owens' Buckaroos, while Nathan Palmer's vocals are pretty much in Johnny Cash-style.
This month (September 2004) these guys are touring in France, Europe. I'm really lookin' forward to see them somewhere around here at a next European tour.
These country rockers are from Rock Hill, South Carolina. Taking their inspiration from heroes such as Johnny Cash, Buck Owens and Merle Haggard, they do it in a rockin' honky tonk-billy way. |
